Hope Haitian Ministries

iniTECH is honored to support Hope Haitian Ministries and the people of Haiti.

For many years, we’ve partnered with Hope Haitian Ministries to bring practical support and lasting impact to communities in need. We’re grateful to have reached a meaningful milestone—serving over 250,000 school lunches to children across the region.

In a town where there were once no schools, iniTECH has helped build:

  • An elementary school
  • A middle school
  • A high school (in partnership with our client, Incoco, in 2021)
  • A church
  • A technical school
  • A Teacher housing building

In total, six school buildings now stand.

In 2025, we were blessed to help launch a new charity—House of Hope—which is addressing the growing mental health crisis in Haiti, particularly among those affected by ongoing turmoil and gang violence. This initiative brings counseling, trauma care, and spiritual support to individuals and families navigating some of the darkest challenges.

At iniTECH, we believe in using the gifts we’ve been given to love our neighbors well—both through engineering excellence and compassionate outreach. Thank you to all who’ve walked with us in this mission.
